- VoIP - Voice Over Internet Protocol Telephony
Traditionally enterprise
PBX and telco voice trunks were based on analog circuits and switches. With the
advent of high speed internet and the introduction of voice over IP (VoIP)
technology high quality digital telephony has become affordable. VoIP based
digital telephony provides outstanding voice quality and a feature rich voice
platform. The major public telephone carriers are now offering direct IP voice
channels instead of dedicated analog trunk lines which provide seamless end to
end digital VoIP connections.
Alico Systems offers turn key voice systems
comprising of VoIP PBX server (onsite at customer location or hosted at Alico),
VoIP phones, installation (including
additional wiring if needed), Telco integration and training. After sales
support including optional PBX management. Financing or lease terms are
available.
Using the major carrier’s (e.g. AT&T Flex Reach IP, Verizon FiOS,
etc) all IP digital network we provide outstanding voice and data quality of
service. No voice protocol conversions are needed such as IP to PRI or analog
which degrade voice quality. We work with your local Telco service provider and
maintain your existing phone numbers.
